Generally private colleges will conduct entrance exams for their colleges, but for government colleges, they take on basis of EAMCET, IIT-JEE mains.If you score good marks in IPE, they may consider it as some part.some colleges will allot some scholarship,if you secure good marks in college entrance examinations.
there are some colleges, which consider both IPE and entrance exams score.try to secure more in IIT and EAMCET so you can easily get seat in any college without IPE score and entrance exams.
