When you are applying for All India Counselling, your State domicile doesnt really matter. In 2018, an All India Rank of 12614 secured a seat in Mizoram Institute of Medical Sciences under OBC Category. It approximately converts to 550 marks. This is 2019 data and as mentioned earlier, cut offs change. If you want a seat in GMC under All India Counselling, your aim should be nothing less than 600-650.
