It totally depends on which college you are targeting.
If you are aiming to get top NITs/IITs/IIITs you should focus on JEE Main and if you want top college in your state you should focus on MHT CET.
You should always keep a maximum option with you. so, that you can take admission in top colleges with good placements.
You can prepare for both the exams simultaneously. Make your proper time- table include important topics. Practice as much as you can. Solve MCQs and complete mock test series to analyze your preparation at regular interval of time.
