Harcourt Butler Technical University is a state technical university located in Kanpur. It was established in the year 1921. It was also one of the worls's first university to be under TEQUIP- World Bank project in higher education.

RANKING: It hold an ISO certification of 9001:2000. It is accreditated AAA+ by NAAC.

FEE STRUCTURE: For a full time course of B.Tech the total fees for the program is INR 2,94,560 excluding other expenses like hostel and mess fee.

MODE OF ADMISSION: Candidates who have passed their 12th boards with 50% as aggregate are eligible. Admission to B.Tech program is based on the performance in JEE MAINS.
