Hello candidate,

The n factor for KMnO4 in acidic medium in the presence of sulphuric acid is +7. In the acidic medium, KMnO4 reacts with H2So4 to produce k2SO4, along with Mnso4, O2, and H2O.

The balance chemical reaction with proper stiochiometric coefficients is-

2KMnO4 + 3H2So4 - K2SO4+ 2MnSo4+ 5/2O2+ 3H20.

Hope it helps!! Have a Good Day.
