Looking into your question I would like to say that belly piercing won't be any issue in NEET exam but all your friend needs to be aware of is that he/she shouldn't be wearing any metallic studs while going to appear for NEET exam as it will be caught in metal detector machine and your friend might run into some unnecessary problems as these are not allowed as per set NEET dress code.
