if he doesn't want to pursue M.Tech then he can go for GATE 2019 with more effort and hard work. He have also option to go for Private Company. If he add this achievement to his resume, then it will give him a lead. He can secure a good job first. after that he may continue Preparation for GATE 2019. He can also Join Weekend batches for GATE 2019 Coaching. 

He can also pursue MBA on basis of GATE 2018 Score.
