SRM joint engineering entrance exam is a university level examination at requires a higher rank for tech courses, for CSE a candidate required a rank above 7K for ECE at ltr branch you should hold a rank above 20k.

My suggestion for you is that you have a higher possibility of getting your favoured course as the cutoff differs every year.
