Well judging a doctor is something we should not do. We can compare the two colleges and their facilities but what kind of a doctor some one becomes , completely depends on that single person. If you read books and are thorough with your studies , practice your knowledge and treat your patients you are a good doctor. If you can't treat your patient it's not appreciated by patients.
Hope you understand it someday. This is how it goes.
