According to the best of my knowledge, it won't create that much problem for eamcet councelling. I too have a correction in my ration card while appearing for Eamcet councelling in the year 2018,but i didn't face a problem till now. However it would be better to resolve the correction as soon as possible. You have plenty of time in this lockdown, so try to sort it out.
