Here it is:

• start with a strong determination and never lose hope in any condition.
• Be laser focused towards your goal.
• work on understanding the basic concepts.
• Don't leave any stone unturned to achieve what you want coz you may not get this chance again.
• Try to make fewer friends. 
• Study if you are not sleeping or sleep if you are not studying(either way you are in profit).
• study consistently
• Make a diary and write down the topics you find difficult.
• Revise topics after a particular time interval.
• Remember JEE-MAINS checks your basic knowledge of the topics.

Now let's talk about daily routine

• go to bed at a fixed time and wake up early in the morning.
• Take proper sleep of 7-8 hours.
• Eat healthy (it's very important)
• Don't waste your precious time browsing facebook, twitter, Instagram etc. You can browse them once you reach to the classroom of an NIT.
• If you are going to join a coaching institute make sure to attend your classes daily and that too with total focus.
• Don't gossip with your friends for too long. you can utilize that time in your preparation
• Surround yourself with the people who motivates you and keeps you grounded.
• Take some time off for yourselves every day and evaluate your whole day.
• Do some physical activity every day.
