hello aspirant,

    you can fill options from home but for taking stamp on that you have to go to arc centre for confermation if you choose freez or float . at the time of admission in college you have to submit the seat confirmation in college with ARC stamp on it.

You don't have to go to FC for cet councelling. It is done online. You can do it from home. The form should be filled online, take a print out of the form, and then submit the application form and copy of uploaded documents for your admission
