No, paper 1 means b tech(only final result will be consider among all 4 attempts ) and paper 2 means b arch . I'm not sure if u had attended both papers b tech and b arch . I'm assuming that u r confuse in result of 4 attempts of b tech. Hope it helps.

The JEE Paper 2 scores are for admissions in B.Arch course not for B.Tech course so if you are interested in B.Arch course then you can take admission in B.Arch through JEE Main paper 2 score. Not ever college provides B.Arch course. But if you want admissions in B.Tech course then you should have a good score in JEE Main paper 1. Candidates qualified on the basis of JEE Main result 2021 had to apply for counselling in order to get admission in NITs, IIITs or GFTIs.
