I am not clear on what you are asking. If you are asking for any college or netional level offline exam then questions are also written in hindi language. Also, during filling up the application form there is a option for language, where you can chose in which language you want to give exam.

Dear student, there is no substitute of language for answering English question paper. Although you are from Hindi medium and have opted English further, you must answer those questions in English only. If you do not know English language, then you must learn it to appear in various papers.
