Hello Aspirant,

There is no other state quota in JKCET.
A person who is a permanent resident of Jammu and Kashmir state are eligible to apply for JKCET 2020 apart from that one must have passed HSC or 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board or university is eligible.
If you are from a different state than J&k then you cannot apply for this exam.

Hello student other state quota are quota which is for open category for student across India which also comes under all india quota.
Home state quota means the quota which is reserved for students who have the domicile of that state. i.e he must passed class 12 from there or their parents must be a citizen of that state.
