our graduation session is 2015-2018 and our part-3rd examination was held in dec 2018 but result announced on 16th march,2019,have passed all part in first attempt,wants to know passing year.

The passing year will be 2019. The year on which you are declared to be passed out is said to be the passing year. In your case its 2019.
