The spellings of your name are decided by 10th marksheet. The name should be correct in both 10th and 12th marksheet. Make sure they match and in case they don't, please get it corrected by a notary advocate. These documents are very important as they will be required in every field in future.

You should request another marksheet from the University you were studying, that is the only option left.
