You may find some difficulties at counseling. So better to contact JEE helpline and you can get that in jee website. You might have to take your birth certificate, so that they can verify its really your name like that.

No it's not OK...while document verification your date of birth/Name is matched from 10th marksheet/admit card.So you may face some problems during counselling(document verification).Contact to them immediately regarding this.
