First of all it depends on your interest. If you like coding then go for CSE and if you like stuffs like robotics and like to play with sensors then go for NIT. Both have almost same placement records. What I will suggest is to go for NIT CSE. This is because CSE branch has become very demanding all over the globe. It opens immense amount of opportunities.
