Around 97 to 98% questions in Neet are directly asked from NCERTs. So if you are studying NCERT well and thoroughly you'll be able to fetch a good score. Out of the syllabus questions are not usually asked. Everything is based on concept. Few tricky questions will be asked. As per this year's paper analysis, 5 to 7 questions in Biology were found difficult by the students. According to the paper analysis of last few years, this has been the weightage of each chapter of Biology in Neet-

Class XI-
Diversity of Living Organisms 14%
Structural Organisation in Plants & Animals 5%
Cell: Structure and Function 9%
Plant Physiology 6%
Human Physiology 20%

Class XII-
Reproduction 9%
Genetics and Evolution 18%
Biology and Human Welfare 9%
Biotechnology and its Applications 4%
Ecology and Environment 6%

However, MHRD did announce that the syllabus of Neet 2021 will be reduced due to this pandemic it would be difficult to complete the entire syllabus. To complement this, CBSE has reduced the syllabus by 30% from class 9 to 12. And it is expected that this reduced syllabus by CBSE will be retained for Neet 2021.
