Yes, students from outside Delhi can apply for IPU CET for engineering courses. But mostly, admission in B.Tech is done through JEE Main scores, not IPU CET. For some courses like B.Tech Biotechnology, IPU CET is needed. You should have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths and scored at least 55% marks. There are also some reserved seats for outside Delhi students. Keep an eye on counselling and seat allotment.
