Passed not cleared or if there is something like lower written in result then it simply means that the result is late due to supply in previous semester.This means the year you appeared recently is clear. Means you are pass in every subject of the year you are appearing now. But you are fail in previous year's one or two subjects.

If this is written you can apply for declaration of result through respective college / Institution with a copy of statement of marks of lower examination, first-degree certificate, certificate of eligibility / Transfer etc. whatever is applicable.
