If the money is deducted from your bank account during filing up any form for entrance examination/anywhere else & if it shows that the application submission failed then don't worry, your money will be refunded to your account by the bank itself. In this cases, the money deducted aren't transacted from your account to the receivers account. So don't worry about it, the money paid will get back to you in 72 hours. If this don't happen, contact your bank.
