Hello student,

Both of the colleges that you have mentioned are the top colleges one can get by MHTCET scores via DTE counselling procedure.

PCCOE CSE and TSEC CSE are quite similar courses. Both have a good faculty and have a good placement record. However, the region of both the colleges matters in this discussion. You can select any of the 2 colleges that suits your liking of region, campus, crowd and all the other necessary factors

hope you are doing great. As per your query  I would like  to tell you cant judge or compare any entrance exam in todays competitive world , every exams has large and large number of appearing and you need to hardwork very dedicatelty to clear that exam . However, you can choose btw pccoe and tsec  and if you are from maharashtra then giving mhtcet exam will benefit you a lot
