Yes You can do business management after studying PCM. There is no eligibility bar for PCM students to take up a management course after 12th standard. Basically Mathematics is the key subject which is needed for this course. Mainly it will help you to solve the problems.

The eligibility criteria for undergraduate streams have the minimum qualification of class 10th. If you have completed your class 10th, then you  are eligible for diploma in Business management. It is a one year course which you can go for even after completing class 12th. Since, you have PCM stream you can also go for graduate courses in Business Management.
