Pachamuthu College of Pharmacy is a college in the city of Kottayam, Kerala. It was established in 1975 by the Pachamuthu Educational Trust under the guidance and supervision of Dr. M.C. Thomas, former Vice Chancellor, University of Kerala and Dr. A.K. Chacko, former Director General (Health), Government of India . The College is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The college offers courses leading to Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy which are recognized by the government as per UGC.

The college offers Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree program in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree program in Pharmacy with specialization in Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmacology & Toxicology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry & Biology.
