The percentage for getting chances in B.Com (//B.Com) course is depending on which college or university you want and what is their  criteria. The minimum marks needed to get admission in this is 50 to 60% marks in 12th standard. The admission is depending on both merit based and entrance exam based. There are some popular tests for admission in some famous colleges, those are BHU, UET, PUCET etc. After completing your degree you can join as an employee as in Banking, Auditing, Consulting, Manufacturing sectors.
