Your percentile score is very less. as you have not mentioned for which entrance exam. Do check if you qualified the exam or not. if you have not qualified then you have to try again next year.

There is very less chance to get government college. In your counselling process, apply for private institute for environment engineering. Look for college option in your domicile state such that you can apply for home state quota. it will help you.
