There is no perfect plan which can anyone else design for you. You know about your own strengths and weakness, you know your capability and how much you can concentrate. So you have to develop a plan for yourself which will be the perfect for you.

Keep some of the basic points like practicing problems, time management, consistent studying and no irregularities, clearing of concepts. Apply all this factor while designing the perfect plan for yourself. See 4 months is quite less time relative to the syllabus of NEET.
