Yes, quite likely. If not in the first round, then definitely in the second. You could believe that your score of 678 puts you on the border, but this is untrue because many of the students with higher rankings wouldn't have attended the first round of counselling. Thus, it greatly improves your odds. And not all individuals with higher ranks will be drawn to cse. Additionally, the Cse strength has been enhanced to support 10–12 sections of 60 each. You therefore have a significant possibility of receiving CSE.
