Dear Rohit, you cannot seek admission to PG until you complete your Bachelor's degree because your PG admission is conducted on the basis of your Bachelor's degree. Unless you complete your Bachelor's degree your highest qualification will remain 10+2 and you cannot seek admission to PG without completing your Bachelors degree. Just to answer your question, you need to clear your backlogs to seek admission in PG.

Hello, as per your question you haven't completed your UG yet but you want to persue PG.
I am sorry to say but this is not possible. Until and unless you complete your UG you cannot seek admission in PG just like without getting through 10/12th one cannot seek admission in college.
