Before I go on to answer the question about which states have bond, let me start by answering about the places which have no bond whatsover+Jo compulsory rural service for a fixed time.

• NEIGRIHMS, shillong,.my Alma mater.
• Central institutes like AIIMS , JIPMER, PGIMER.
• Delhi state colleges viz: MAMC , UCMS, LHMC
• RIMS AND JNIMS of Manipur
• GMC, Chandigarh
• Haryana state colleges.

Previously colleges which did not have bond have adopted Bond system.this includes :

• No stipend no bond in Assam had been scrapped to have a service bond of 10lakhs/10years. 1year STRICT IMPLEMENTATION
• Bihar has also adopted bod system recently.
• Colleges where bonds are in practice for PG:

1. Chattisgarh-1-2 years bond
2. Uttar Pradesh- 2years/ 40lakhs
3. Goa-3years/10lakhs(1year partially done)
4. Gujrat-3years/10lakhs_seats leaving-5 lakhs surety
5. Himachal Pradesh-5 years/25lakhs(strict for around 2years not full 5years)
6. Jharkhand-1year/10lakhs (seats leaving 10L+ stipend)(STRICT IMPLEMENTATION)
7.karnataka-3years/50lakhs(no bond for aipg Candidates)(STRICT IMPLEMENTATION)
8. Kerala-1year/50lakhs(STRICT IMPLEMENTATION)
9. Maharashtra-1year/50lakhs(STRICT IMPLEMENTATION)
10. madhya Pradesh-1year/10lakhs(not very strict)
11.orrisa-2years/30lakhs( seats leaving 10+lakhs)(STRICT IMPLEMENTATION)
12. Punjab-3years/15lakhs(not followed till now or maximum 1year)
13. Rajasthan-5years/25lakhs
14. Tamil Nadu-2years/20lakhd(not strict for all India candidates)
15. Tripura-2-5years/25-30lakhs(no stipend no bond+ no bond for all India guys)
16. Uttarakhand-2years/2.5 crores
17. West Bengal-3years/30lakhs for degree;. 2years/20lakhs for diploma
