please frame your question properly and provide other informations also like in what universities you are looking for and in which subject you want to get enrolled in .for phd you can apply for net, jrf, gate etc . you can do it from some private colleges as well . if you want question papers then you can buy arihant or other publisher's book or look out for some apps or just google it as there are many websites where you can find it
