Well as I can you were having query that phone are allowed in particular college class room. I would like to inform you that phones are allowed in each and every college but during class times the phone should be either in silent mode or it need to switch off so that you cannot disturb the teacher as well as the students. And also your mind will also present in classroom so mobile phones are allowed in classroom but you cannot use.
