Just modify last two digits if first number is not working.

For computer based helpline  you can contact on 18002669778/ 18002667751.
Querries for Computer based exam shall be attended from 1st March, 2018 onwards.

You can alternatively email them at jeemain@nic.in

You can mention your querries via email and can get details via email itself if you dont wish to call.
