Placement in both the colleges is quite appreciable. BC Roya has preferably a better placement record in comparison to Bengal engineering college. You can take admission in any of these . All the best

Firstly I want to say that placement not only depends on college but also depends on the quality of the students.

If you talk about BCREC then I will say placement is more or less fine at BCREC for non core branches like CSE,IT,ECE,AEIE. For core branches like mech,civil,electrical placement is very less.

If you pursue CSE,IT,ECE or AEIE here then you have a high chance to get placed in MNCs or Leading startups.

In this year 2018–19 Capgemini has came for campus drive and has recruited 112 candidates.This is a mass recruitment by capgemini at BCREC. TCS has also recruited a few.And surprisingly a new company BYJU’S the learning app has came in this year by offering a package of Rs.9.3 Lacs p.a.

Finally BCREC is a good college on the basis of placement now a days. It has become a good brand in the heart of Durgapur now.Moreover BCREC is competing with the good colleges of kolkata at present.

Recently BCREC has been awarded the BEST EMERGING ENGINEERING COLLEGE OF INDIA by Education India Organization.This is only because of its rising placement status.

So if u are interested in non core streams,u can take admission at BCREC.I hope u will be placed in a good MNC or a leading Startup.
