BA or Bachelor in Arts is a three year full time graduation course divided into six semesters.
NCWEB is Non Collagite Women's Education Board is initiated by Delhi University to empower the women Education. And you have to fill its application form on the official website of Delhi University i.e du.ac.in.
And Sorry to say but you are late for this. You cannot apply for the same now. Admissions are done purely on the Merit basis.
It has already released its first cut off on15 July, 2019.
So, you can't apply for the same. You can apply in many colleges in Delhi which can give you Direct  admission like Amity and many more.
