With your marks of 383/720 in NEET 2019 and being in the OBC category, your all India rank will be around 90,000-92,000 and your category rank will be around 36,000-38,000 which makes your selection into Goverment MBBS or BDS colleges very cloudy. You might want to try your luck in Bengal instead as their cut-offs are generally lower and if you have a 85% State Quota in Bengal then it might be of further help but still your marks are very low and do not have high hopes.
