Hope You have done payment through online mode. I request you to pls put a mail to the help desk of the respective university mentioning all the details like UTR no, date of transfer and the screenshot of amount debited from your a/c. Some times there may be issues with the payment gateway, that's why these kind of issues happening.
You may also cross check with your respective bank about the same. Whether the payment processed successfully parked to the Institutes bank account or any payment gateway issue is there or not. No need to worry, if there is any payment gateway issue they will fix the same. Put a detailed mail to the Help desk of university , they will help you in this regard. if any doubts, pls feel free to ask.
