Hope you are doing well. As per your query to become a diploma lecturer in polytechnic colleges the main qualifications needed are B.TECH/B.E pass in the required stream that you want to teach. But for CSE a postgraduate degree is also preferred. And all of the qualifications should be done from a recognized university. Hope this helps!
