JAC Delhi counselling process comprises the following steps:

Payment of Counselling Fee: To start you will need to pay a non-refundable registration-cum-counselling fee of Rs. 1400

Online Registration: After the successful payment of the counselling fee, you will have to visit the JAC Delhi registration portal and navigate to the New Registration link, enter all your details same as filled in the JEE Mains form and register yourself

Log-in to JAC Account & Choice Filling: After successful paid registration you will have to fill in the choices of branch and institutes. you will be required to select from the options available on the basis of your eligibility. The options need to be entered in order of your preference and try to enter maximum choices in order to increase the chance of selection 

Choice Locking & Printing of Locked Choices: The choices entered by you will be locked automatically once the registration date is over and you are required to take a printout of the filled choices after the closing of choice filling for the specific round of counselling.

Allotment of BE/ BTech/B.Arch seats: Seat allotment for BE/BTech seats will begin once the online choice filling round concludes. The seat allotment will be based on JEE Main All India Merit Rank in Paper besides other parameters while for B.Arch seats Paper-2 marks will be considered.

After the six rounds of seat allotment, if you have been allotted a seat, you would be sent a provisional seat allotment letter. You need to download and take a print out of the same. Seat allotment is entirely provisional and subject to verification of documents and payment of the applicable admission fee. You will have to deposit an initial amount of Rs. 75,000 either through online mode or through SBI e-challan at any SBI Branch. For the same, aspirants will have to log in to his/her JAC account.

If you are allotted provisional seats then you will be required to report at the allotted institute on the assigned date and time along with fee payment receipt and original documents.
