According to the official website, https://www.afmc.nic.in/Admission/para%20medical.html the paramedical courses at AFMC Pune are for Service personnel of Indian Army, Navy and Air Force only. It is not for civilians. So unless you are with the Indian Army or Navy or Air Force, you cannot apply for BMLT admission in AFMC.
