Hi Aspirant,
Other then IIT's,you have IIIT's,NIT's,IIEST,other centrally funded government institutes,other state funded institutes etc.
In private colleges,you have BITS,Pilani,
*BIT,Mesra,
*VIT,Vellore
*MIT,Manipal etc.
All of these colleges have very decent placement records and are worth studying.
