The course deals with the fundamentals of management including HR management, marketing management, organisational behaviour, accounting, finance, business laws, business communication, planning, etc. You can choose to specialise in any one of the subjects and pursue MBA in the same subject further. The salary certainly depends on the institute from where you pursue the course and the domain you choose.
