hi alfiya

you no need to worry dear

see first set a task( like study for 3 hours) for you and after completion of your task reward yourself(like see any movie, use phone, read any novel, chat with friends or whatever you like).

prepare your time table and try to follow it.

hi Alfiya, dont worry, even i felt like this at one point of time. i want you to do this, make many stick notes, write down your motivations and inspirations, why you wanna be a doctor?  what inspires you, and your role models, also write those people who degraded you , discouraged you , think about your parents, see all these before you start studying, you will surely get motivated. stay calm cool and confident. ping me if you need any help. good luck

For concentration I would like to tell you that you should build up a cause for studying if just just sit for studying without any cause you are damn sure to loss concentration and get involved into social chats an mobile stuffs so while you are going to sit for study remember the cause why I am studying for what will happen if I study.

Hii Alfiya,This is one of the common situation  that everyone of us face..This may be because of lack of interest in what u read...U should try to make a genuine interest in what u do...And u should think that what u do now decides ur future...If u feel stressed out,do some relaxation techniques like going for a short walk or listening to ur favourite songs...do not indulge in activities that strain ur eyes like tv or mobile games inorder to get relaxation..this will only make u more tired...Hope this helps u...all the best for ur future!!

Dear aspirant,

I can totally relate to your problem. But the sad part is you need to study. So I would like to suggest you to first find out the time of the day when your mind is fresh and you can concentrate well(see, for every person this may vary some like studying in the morning hours but for some it is the night time when their minds can work at its peak). Therefore, try to study difficult topics in this time and keep the somewhat lighter and easier topics aside for some other time.

Hope it helps!

Hey hi,

More people have this problem. This may be due to various reasons. Common being no interest, not used to, external disturbances, etc.

I ask you to find the reason so that you can do well.

Other way is to calculate how much you want to study and find the difference between your plan and actual study time. This will help in further planning.

Do some exercise like meditation or go out and play for some time. This will help for some.

Finally, have faith that you can.

Hello friend! It is quite often that we are to able to concentrate that's may be because things which we do, don't seem interesting. So to develop interest, practice and thought process must be there. When you are reading you should be clear with the fact that whatever you are doing , you are doibg for your own sake. That is going to benefit you. Self motivation is the key. So just keep practising.
All the best  !

Take a paper and write down the reason as to why you chose to pursue Medical career. Remind yourself of that reason and get motivated from it. If you still think you aren't in the best of your mind state then go for motivation videos on YouTube. Try ones which emphasise on time value. You can try the channel motivationGrid.

I hope this helps. If not, then talk to your close ones. And maybe you can discuss study topics / questions with your friends of the same field. This usually sets a good atmosphere for studying.

Best of luck :)
