Hello,
You can't follow a time table now as time is limited now. just go on practicing. There are online mock test available by the NTA board. Appear those.
Don't be sad if you get less marks. It's okay. You can appear again in april month. It might cost you another jee main application fee but if you want to then you can take.
But for now just relax and calm down Don't think to cover all the subjects. Try to cover subjects easy for you and take a break for 5 mins in between. If you find any thing hard then draw it in a notebook and label them. It will be easy for you.
For maths part, it needs practice. so if you are weak then just solve previous year papers and know how they are solved then after solving understand the steps. solve previous 5 years paper.

There are many sites who gives guidance and videos for NCERT. follow them and get the concepts from there. you can get solution for maths book even from those sites. You can see solutions and know how they are solved. But don't stop solving. Try solving as many questions you can but do understand them. Don't go blindly looking on solutions. if you do then that will be waste of your time only.
all the best. give your best and don't worry. you have another chance.
