hope you are doing well and safe. With reference to your query,  I would glad inform you that their is need to have some patience in your case . Some times due to slow servor ,sending and recieving of OTP take times, if you try every time with new ID they might even block you . I would advise dont try so hard and the email which you have updated ,send the otp on that and then wait for a couple of hours for the otp, it will surely come
