The syllabus of all three management entrances are more or less the same, but with slight differences. For example, XAT consists of a section on General awareness - which is not present in any other exam. There is one section  on Indian and Global Environment in MAT which is not included in the syllabus of any other exam . Take a detailed look here -

 XAT exam is majorly divided into four sections, namely, Verbal & Logical Ability, Decision Making, Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation, and General Knowledge.
