Dear Avanti, once NEET results have been announced and the merit list has been released, the concerned State Authorities will release the notification. If you qualify according to your score against Category, you can fill in the online applications for those desired colleges and participate in the Counselling process. There will be 2 rounds of counselling in State Quota. So for now, you will have to concentrate on qualifying for NEET. The dates vary from State to State.
