According to KCET eligibility criteria CODE C which state that"The candidate and either of the parent’s mother tongue should be Kannada, Tulu or Kodava and either of parent was domiciled in the state of Karnataka, such candidate should have passed the qualifying examination from a University or Board or any other Institution located outside Karnataka and should be residing outside the State of Karnataka as on 1st May of 2018. Provided that the candidate shall undergo a Kannada Language test conducted by KEA."I applied under this category. Please let me know whether possible to get admision or not. Note that both mother and father of the candidate are studied in Karnataka and domicile of karnataka.

Yes if you own land and are domiciled in Karnataka then you can applyBut during the counseling be careful with the required documents to support your ward As they require lots of formalities to be fulfilledAll the  best
